Shipping Policy

At TFI TEES, every drop is limited and packed with care. Here’s how we ship:

• Orders are processed within 5-7 working days after confirmation.

• During big drops/sales, processing may take a little longer — we’ll keep you posted if that happens.

• Standard delivery: 3–7 working days (metro cities may be quicker).

• Remote areas may take 7–10 working days depending on courier availability.

• We ship only on working days (Mon–Sat). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays ship the next working day.

• We ship using trusted courier services via Wix shipping integrations. Tracking details will be sent to your email/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders.

• COD Orders: Extra charge of ₹100 (if COD is enabled).

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID. Use it to follow your package in real time. If you face delays, reach out to us — sometimes couriers take a bit longer during festivals or high-traffic days.

• Yes, we ship worldwide.

• Base shipping price varies by region (calculated at checkout).

• Delivery timeline: 7–14 working days, depending on destination & customs clearance.

• Customs, duties, or import taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

• TFI TEES is not responsible for courier delays, weather disruptions, or regional restrictions.

• If your package shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact your local courier office first, then email us for support.
