Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At TFI TEES, we keep it real with limited drops and high-quality merch for the TFI fam. Because each piece is exclusive, we follow a strict return & exchange policy — no confusion, just clarity.

NO RETURNS (Unless Damaged or Wrong Product)

We do not accept returns unless:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received a completely different product or size from what you ordered (our mistake)

Unboxing video is mandatory to claim any exchange. No video = no claim.

EXCHANGES (Only if We Messed Up)

We only process exchanges in these situations:

  • We sent the wrong size or product

  • The item is damaged on arrival

If you’re eligible:

  • You must ship the item back to us (at your cost)

  • Once we receive and verify the product, we’ll send the correct item as a replacement — no extra charges from our side

WHAT’S NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

  • If you ordered the wrong size

  • If you changed your mind

  • If you don’t like the design after delivery

  • If you have no unboxing video as proof

All our products are limited and made-to-order — no chill on these rules.

HOW TO RAISE AN EXCHANGE REQUEST

  1. Email us at tfitees@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Your order ID

    • A clear unboxing video (from opening the package till showing the issue)

    • Clear photos of the received item

We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours after reviewing.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • We are unable to replace the damaged / wrong item

  • Refunds take 5–7 working days once approved.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

  • Orders ship in 5-7 working days

  • Delivery takes 3-5 working days after dispatch

Delays caused by courier services or regional disruptions are not eligible for compensation.
